We’ve used the Eastwood HotCoat Benchtop oven to powder coat treat dozens of parts from brackets to timing chain covers.

The adjustable temperature settings and built-in timer provide control over the curing process, resulting in properly cured powder coated parts.

The oven takes around 15 minutes or so to heat up and depending on your part it can take 20 minutes to hit the sweet spot of 400 degrees.

We’ve also used this small powder coating oven to off gas parts as well. The same process is followed prior to powder coating by placing the part in the oven and heating up to 400 degrees.

The off gassing process takes around 30 minutes or so.
